Pre-employment medicals are becoming increasingly essential in the recruiting process as they help identify the most suitable candidates for specific positions.
We take every candidate through a basic medical and proceed with role specific testing, followed by any in depth assessment that may arise from individual risk. This may involve audiometry, spirometry, sleep studies, on the spot drug testing, exercise stress and / or functional capacity testing.
Pre–employment medicals can also be performed for employees with role specific requirements, such as heavy physical work, as part of their day-to-day activities.
