CBD Doctors Melbourne (CBDD) uses social media to share links and information about health news, clinic updates and general information.

Acceptable use policy

We welcome comments on our social media pages and suggest that you apply common sense when making them. At the same time you should show courtesy and respect to others and must not use the space to abuse others, expose others to offensive or inappropriate content, or for unlawful purposes.

Moderation guidelines

CBDD reserves the right to enforce this acceptable use policy at its discretion. While user generated comments are not edited, to ensure a positive experience for visitors of social media sites and the broader community, the CBDD may report or remove at its discretion any content or comments containing spam, profanity, or otherwise objectionable or prohibited material.

  • How can I make a booking?

    You can book by either clicking on the “Book an Appointment” button on our website or by calling our medical clinic on (03) 9077 9912 during business hours from Monday to Friday. We generally take same day bookings!

  • How long before my appointment should I arrive?

    In order for our doctors to run on time, we ask if you could please attend the clinic 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete necessary paperwork.

  • Can I fill out the New Patient registration form before I come in?

    Yes, we recommend that you download and print a new patient registration form and complete it before attending our clinic to save some time.

  • What if I can't make it to my appointment?

    We like to be informed of any cancellations 24 hours prior to your appointment. We are happy to reschedule appointments subject to availability.
